Your content and permitted use

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit images, text, prompts, or other content. Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing activity, or to impersonate a person without authorization.

You retain the rights you already hold in submitted content. You give ClroAi and its processing providers the limited permission needed to transmit, process, store, and return that content for the requested service.

Accounts, credits, and payments

Remote AI tools require an account and display their credit cost before processing. A successful task commits the displayed credits; when a task fails before completion, the reserved credits are released. Paid price, billing period, and renewal terms are confirmed at checkout.

Credits and subscriptions are non-transferable unless checkout terms state otherwise. Refund requests are reviewed against the checkout terms, applicable law, and whether the purchased service or credits were already used.

Service availability and results

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review results before publishing them or relying on them for commercial, legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions.

Features, providers, limits, and processing time may change, and temporary interruptions can occur. We may suspend access that threatens the service, violates these terms, or creates security, legal, or payment risk.

Intellectual property and feedback

ClroAi's interface, branding, and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights in AI-generated output can vary by jurisdiction and by the source material; we do not promise that an output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

If you send product feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. Do not include confidential content in feedback.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping sign-in links and credentials secure.
