Information we process

We process account and session identifiers, task prompts and settings, credit and payment records, service logs, and files or text you choose to submit. For image tools, the browser may create a local preview before upload.

How submitted content is handled

An account is required before remote processing begins. Submitted images, prompts, settings, and generated results use account-scoped access so the request can be completed and shown in your history. Submitted content is sent to the relevant AI processing provider only to perform the task you requested.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded image assets are configured to expire after up to 7 days. Generated output assets and task-history records are configured to expire after up to 30 days. Operational logs, account records, and payment records may be retained longer when needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

You can ask us to delete eligible account data sooner. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove limited backup or fraud-prevention records where retention is necessary and permitted.

Analytics and service providers

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and product usage, and service providers for authentication, payments, storage, delivery, and AI processing. We do not sell personal data. Providers receive the information needed to operate their part of the service and may process it under their own applicable terms.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, HTTPS, and account-scoped task records to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Because our providers may operate in different countries, information can be processed outside the country where you live, subject to applicable safeguards.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account data by emailing clroai@clroai.com. You may also limit analytics through browser or consent controls where available. Include the email address associated with your account, but never send your password or authentication token.

Children and policy changes

ClroAi is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to online services in their location. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
